Product Description

Donispas Tablet belongs to a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory class of drugs and has the ability to relieve mild to moderate pain caused due to various health conditions. It is also considered to be effective for menstrual pain & migraine associated with menstruation. This tablet comprises mefenamic acid & dicyclomine hydrochloride as active compounds with a targeted mode of action. It shows 90% of bioavailability & protein binding ability with an elimination half-life of about 2 hours. Donispas Tablet gets metabolized in the liver with the help of CYP2C9 enzyme and excreted in urine & feces. It is known to have antispasmodic activity hence is perfect for the treatment of urinary incontinence.
